The Mindful Living course provides a comprehensive introduction to the art of mindfulness and the real life physical and emotional benefits that it offers to those who practice it. Students will learn about what is mindfulness & how to incorporate this principle and practice into everyday life. Daily meditations and mindfulness experiments will help to explain its role in health, relationships and love. Students will receive a thorough grounding in this simple but highly effective antidote for the stress of modern life.

What You Will Learn:
Mindful Living has been designed to give students a comprehensive introduction into the art of mindfulness and will set you on the route to a calmer, happier, more fulfilling life.
Class are held each week via Zoom, you will receive room codes to log in to each session. If you happen to miss a meeting a recording is available for you to view and review. You will also receive a FREE guided meditation each week to support your journey!
If you miss a class: Classes are recorded each week and sent to Students to review each week.
